What the service is

LoanHank is an independent payment and refinance calculator for farm loans. It reads a document you upload (or terms you type), asks you to confirm every material figure, and then runs deterministic arithmetic on the figures you confirmed. The output is a scenario analysis of your own numbers — nothing more.

What the service is not

It is not a lender and not a broker. It does not make, arrange, or offer credit, and it does not contact lenders on your behalf.
It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Results are informational calculations, not a recommendation to refinance, restructure, or sign anything.
It performs no credit pull and produces no approval, qualification, eligibility determination, or offer of any kind.
Public reference rates shown alongside a result are official published series with a source date — context, never a rate anyone is offering you.

Your numbers, your confirmation

Every calculation rests on figures you confirmed. If a confirmed figure is wrong, the analysis will be wrong with it. Where a projection-critical field is missing, the service shows a limited analysis and says what is needed rather than guessing. A result that finds no improvement — “your current structure holds up well” — is a complete, intended outcome of the service.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own loans or loans you are authorised to analyze. Do not upload documents you have no right to share, probe or disrupt the service, or use automated access beyond normal personal use.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Calculations are performed with care and reconciled to the cent, but the operator does not warrant that a result fits your situation, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on an informational calculation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
